Spicy snack crackers with mashed avocado
These crackers are a great way to curb your afternoon snack attack. If you need an energy booster then you can really benefit from the ingredients in this recipe. Avocado contain many healthy fats and the dried seaweed has many vitamins and minerals. A perfect go-to for a vegan lifestyle.
1 package of Bonvita mini crackers
1 avocado, ripe
1 tablespoon of Geo Organics green curry
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon of sea salt
4 sheets of nori
Optional: 10 grams of cilantro
- Cut the cilantro, leave a few leave aside as a garnish.
- Mash the avocado up with a fork into a paste. Add the cilantro, curry paste and lemon juice, mix everything well.
- Tear the dried seaweed into pieces (about the same size as the crackers).
- Top the crackers each with one tablespoon of mashed avocado, sprinkle the sea salt on top and garnish with seaweed and cilantro.
