Vegan banana pancakes

Serves 2

Ingredients:

126g oats 

2 ripe bananas 

360ml water or any plantmilk 

2tsp baking powder 

64g Orgran gluten free flour 

40g  rice chocolate Bonvita

Extra: toppings (like plantbased yogurt or fruits)

Method:

1. Put everything in your blender and blend until smooth.
2. Put a bit of the batter in a non stick pan and turn when the pancake looks a bit dry from above. You could also bake them in some butter or coconut oil if you like.
3. Top your pancakes with some fresh fruit, plantbased yogurt or anything else you might like!
