Vegan omelette with veggies 

Get ready for Easter with this delicious vegan omelette. It’s super easy, free-from and done in a few minutes. The ORGRAN easy egg is sold in our web shop so check it out. Perfect for making a vegan omelette, scrambled eggs or souffle.  

One serving 

vegan easy egg; 1 serving 
1/4 red bell pepper 
5 cherry tomatoes 
A handful of spinach 
5 cm spring onion  
1 tsp Italian seasoning 
Optional: black pepper 

  1. Prepare the easy egg according to the package. 

  1. Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat, first bake the veggies until they are tender.  

  1. Pour the egg mixture over the veggies. 

  1. If the omelette is set and the bottom turns golden brown flip it and wait until the other side looks just as delicious.
