Cranberry Bounty's

Cranberry Bounty's

Cranberry bounty’s

A delicious home-made alternative to the well-known Bounty bar: Cranberries and coconut coated with vegan milk and white Bonvita chocolate. Super easy to make and so tasty!

For 6 pieces

  • 100 grams of grated coconut

  • 100 grams of dried cranberries

  • 6 tablespoons melted coconut oil

  • 1 bar of white Bonvita rice chocolate

  • 1 bar of Bonvita milk chocolate

Materials: a mould for the bars.

  1. Mix the grated coconut with the cranberries and coconut oil in a food processor.

  1. Fill the moulds with the mixture or pour the mixture into a tray lined with baking paper (if you don't have a proper mould) and press well.

  1. Put in the freezer for half an hour.

  1. Remove the bars from the mould or cut the blocks of coconut mixture into 6 pieces.

  1. Melt the white chocolate and dip 3 bars in the melted chocolate. Place on a rack or baking tray lined with baking paper and let the chocolate harden.

  1. Do the same with the milk chocolate and 3 remaining bars.
